TRANSFER LIST RELEASED

The PFAI has today released its transfer list of players who are out of contract at the end of season 2010. The list comprises of over 130 players who have indicated to the PFAI that they are actively seeking employment.

Managers and coaches, both here in Ireland and abroad, can avail of the information on the PFAI website -  http://www.pfai.ie/transfer-list

The list will be updated regularly as and when players inform the PFAI they have found employment. Some players are currently in negotiations with clubs and do not wish to appear on the list.

Commenting on the success of the PFAI's first transfer list last season, PFAI General Secretary Stephen McGuinness said "This is a vital service for the players who are actively looking for employment. This proved very popular last season with over 15,000 hits recorded on this particular article on our website. And we had enquires from as far afield as Cyprus, Russia and Australia."
